Overview of the Order Process

1) Placing an order

Once it has been determined that you have a medical need for home health equipment, we can help you get what you need quickly.

With Atlantic Medical Equipment, ordering the home health care products you need is easy. There are several ways for you to order:

2) Receiving Your Order

Our AME technicians will call to set up an appointment to deliver your equipment. They will demonstrate the proper use of, and the maintenance needed for your supplies. They will leave behind education material for your future reference.

3) Billing

Once you have received your home heath equipment, we will file your insurance. For billing and insurance inquiries please call one of the following numbers:
If calling from Brunswick, New Hanover or Pender counties, please call us at 910-395-9984. For calls from all other areas, please call (800-745-9981)
Our billing department’s office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

Ongoing Service

Atlantic Medical Equipment will continue to offer service and maintenance of all equipment. For peace of mind, we provide 24 hour emergency service. For ease of reference, all equipment is labeled with our contact information.
