1.)Placing an Order

Once it has been determined that a patient requires home health equipment, we can help you them what they need quickly.

With Atlantic Medical Equipment, ordering the home health care products you need is easy. There are several ways to order:

  • Give Us a Call:
    In and around Wilmington, please call us at 794-6442.
    Outside of Wilmington, call us toll free at 888-236-7533.

    • 2.)Receiving Your Order

    Our AME technicians will call to set up an appointment to deliver the equipment directly to your patient. We will demonstrate the proper use of, and the maintenance needed for your supplies. They will leave behind education material for future reference.

    3.)Billing

    Once your patient has received his/her home heath equipment, we will file their insurance. For billing and insurance If calling from Brunswick, New Hanover or Pender counties, please call us at 910-395-9984. For calls from all other areas, please call (800-745-9981)

    4.)Ongoing Service

    Atlantic Medical Equipment will continue to offer service and maintenance of all equipment. For peace of mind, we provide 24 hour emergency service. For ease of reference, all equipment is labeled with our contact information.
